Tourism Fair

I visited the Travel and Tourism Fair yesterday at Kanteerava Stadium. It turned out to be a damp squib.

First of all, the show turned out to be nothing but a big place of tourist agents hawking at customers, and the presentations of the respective states were so boring, except for probably Andhra Pradesh. So much for <sarcasm>India’s Biggest Travel Show</sarcasm>.

The positive side is that I got to know about white river rafting in Dandeli, ecotreks in Nepal, various adventure sports detailed by Incredible India, places in Rajasthan, Galibore fishing and nature camp and Doddamakali Nature camp here in Karnataka, about Andaman and Nicobar Islands, …
