I read your trip report and it impresses me a lot ! I am a Malaysian of Malay origin and Im very interested about India. Indian people ( I mean.. REAL Indians yah not Malaysian Indians ) are soo friendly and I like to watch Tamil movies; they are so funny !

Next time when you visit Malaysia you should go to Langkawi or Perhentian Islands. They are paradise.

Malaysia, like India, was also a British colony, and if I'm correct, got freedom even later than us. Still, its remarkable to see the kind of progress Malaysia has made and the kind of degradation that India has witnessed. And I don't take crap arguements like India is a much bigger country etc. etc. Btw, you should have tried Malay food. They use a lot of spices, like Indian food, and is quite delicious. Not much choice for vegetarians though. Genting is another feather in the cap for Malaysia. And the, to die for, roads !
