Keeping track of pages?
We have aggregators to keep track of RSS/Atom feeds. But how do we keep track of pages that don’t have any feeds?

http://premshree.seacrow.com/code/python/watch — written cpl years back; it prolly sucks, but doing something similar is probably what you need. Also, you could play around with if-last-modified or something, no?
